WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Entry Level Product Inspectors will learn to run machines, visually and dimensionally inspect product, package product and problem solve. Each level of Product Inspector requires a higher level of understanding of these skills
ACCOUNTABILITIES IN THE ROLE:
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures. All Quality Systems procedures and work instructions are consistently followed.
- Visual Inspection of parts
- Operate Presses in semi-operation mode
- Ensure machines are cycling properly at the lowest possible cycle time.
- Ensure materials needed at the press are stocked (Raw material, boxes, inserts, etc.), especially at shift change, without overstocking.
- Clean up of work areas
- Ensure that support personnel are notified of problems/questions
- Communicate all problems to on-coming personnel
- Maintain job documentation
- Dimensional checking of parts
- Ensure proper inventory of parts (perform shift counts, minimize overruns)
- Quick response to Machine Alarms/Repair
- Assist other shift personnel as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Clear Penmanship
- Good vision to spot defects
- Good Hand to Eye Coordination/Dexterity
- The training process is challenging and requires the ability to learn new skills
- Able to use Microsoft products (MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel). Able to effectively use company ERP system (IQMS) in areas that pertain to your responsibilities.

CORE HOURS:
- Ironwood Plastics offers three shifts, one to suit anyone’s needs! All shifts run Monday – Friday
- Day Shift – 6:45 am to 3:15 pm
- Afternoon Shift 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm ($1.50/hr shift premium offered)
- Night Shift 10:45 pm to 7:15 am ($2.00/hr shift premium offered)
TYPICAL WORK WEEK:
All shifts run Monday through Friday. You receive a 30 minute unpaid lunch and a 10 minute paid break.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs all types of equipment to ensure optimal plant productivity. They may also design, develop, and implement new mechanical systems.
ACCOUNTABILITIES IN THE ROLE:
- Lead by example and perform in a manner that ensures high morale and high performance. Inspire other employees to support company vision, mission, strategies (main things), goals and guiding principles.
- Communicates effectively to all departments.
- Ensure 5S goals for all areas are maintained
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures. All Quality Systems procedures and work instructions are consistently followed.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed to support customer requirements.
- Spot and diagnose defects and/or possible repairs or maintenance problems
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble injection units of Injection Molding Machines.
- Assist with design and operation of automated manufacturing cells
- Diagnose and repair automated manufacturing cell equipment Robots, Sprue pickers, hot runner control, vision systems, conveyor systems, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance: greasing, cleaning, etc. of all types of equipment
- Perform necessary building maintenance
- Fabricate when parts are not available
- Maintain Maintenance work order and history records
- Any other duties that may be necessary to accomplish the goals of this position or goals of the company
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, High School Reading/Mathematics level
- Advanced understanding of electronics, hydraulics, and mechanics
- Able to communicate with vendors on a technical level
- Able to Maintain Forklift Operator License
- Understanding of US and Metric measuring systems
- Needs own tools, US and Metric
- Experienced with micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Blueprint reading skills
- Clear Penmanship
- Good Vision and hearing to detect defects
- Able to follow written and oral instructions
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to effectively use ERP system (IQMS) in areas that pertain to your responsibilities.

What You Will Do:
As the Controller, you will develop systems and manage the accurate and timely presentation of financial data and analyses, to support local management in meeting the financial goals of the assigned manufacturing plants/operations within the Ironwood Plastics business unit. You will also be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of information in coordination with the Corporate Controller to ensure corporate reporting requirements are met for your assigned locations.
What You Will Accomplish:
- Manages and provides clear, concise, accurate and timely financial and operational data on assigned operations regarding sales, costs, labor costing, inventory management, finished goods value, etc., ensuring financial information is understood by local management and relevant staff.
- Develops, prepares, and provides to local management, clear and concise financial analysis and summations regarding key financial measurements, special initiatives, acquisitions, investments, etc. to help drive business results and assist with strategic business decisions.
- Leads and partners on various initiatives to help drive profitability through financial analysis, integrating new financial systems, and streamlining processes.
- Manages the physical inventory, including execution, to ensure accuracy of plant level valuations and ensure reconciliation with the general ledger and underlying supporting systems.
- Partners with Operations and the Corporate Controller to accurately and timely prepare the Annual Plan for the upcoming year, along with quarterly forecasts.
- Maintains cost effective internal controls by enforcing corporate and business unit policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems, as well as implementation of external and internal audit recommendations to ensure compliance with required Finance/Accounting principles or regulations.
- Directly and indirectly assists with accounts receivable collection efforts to ensure timely payments from customers and to maintain a positive cash position.
Position Requirements:
- Education: BS Degree in Accounting or related field; will consider equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive general accounting and financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment; public accounting experience would be a plus. Prior Controller level experience is a plus.
- Certifications: CPA and/or CMA certifications are preferred.
- Functional Skills: Strong general accounting, financial analysis, manufacturing labor cost accounting, and cash reconciliation skills are required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and review large amounts of data to analyze trends, solid problem-solving capabilities, and reporting/summation skills are also required. Detailed with excellent planning, organization and prioritization skills are also important for this role.
- Technology Skills: Exceptional Excel and Word skills, and solid familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems, query tools and report writing are required; working knowledge of IQMS would be a plus.
- Language Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills; ability to mentor/educate others on common accounting principles for accurate data reporting and sharing of summations.
- Leadership/Behaviors: Self-starter with high initiative; able to work independently and make an impact for the business. Collaborative, with an excellent ability to ask solid questions and support process improvement activities. Flexible and adaptable with strong internal and external customer focus and compliance orientation are also important for this role.

What You’ll Do:
As the Vice President & General Manager, you will research, develop, lead, and execute the Division’s strategies to drive short and long-term organization goals for profitable business growth and global brand value.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
- Interfaces with key stakeholders to identify, develop, and lead short and long-term strategies that drive the Division’s success.
- Explores new product opportunities and develops/leads short and long-term market strategies to expand the global reach and achieve long-term business objectives
- Develops and manages direct Sales and Operational Key Performance Indicators, ensuring that continuous enhancement of products, quality, delivery, and cost containment objectives are met.
- You will champion change management initiatives targeted towards the Mission, Vision, and Values, while engaging, developing, mentoring, and leading individual contributors to higher levels of performance.
- You will participate and provide business and financial analysis on trends, opportunities, and overall Divisional direction to continually move the organization forward.
Position Requirements:
- Education: A BS degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; with proven leadership and management expertise.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive senior business and leadership experience within a mid- to large size manufacturing organization, selling industrial products directly or through channel sales. Prefer background in injection molding, including acquiring, manufacturing and/or maintenance of tooling, and sourcing / maintaining supplies of appropriate / specified resins. Exposure to and experience working with Engineering is critical. Experience in or with automotive and/or automotive components industries helpful, as is with the industrial, military and/or medical device fields
- Functional Skills: Excellent strategic, organizational planning and executing skills; strong analytical skills with financial planning/cost containment experience; experience in formulizing and leading Key Performance Indicators and contingency plans that will drive the business is also important. Strong experience in costing and product pricing required. Strong sales and contract negotiation skills also important.
- Technology Aptitude/Skills: Excellent Microsoft Office Skillset; ability to learn and use ERP and other in-house developed data systems is required. IQMS experience highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; will interact with key customers, dealers, opinion leaders, as well as all levels of the organization to lead and facilitate a vision.
