Our Ironwood facility consists of two buildings with approximately 165 employees, total. Our Two Rivers plant employs approximately 49 people.
Both locations operate 24/7. Shifts are 7AM - 3PM, 3PM - 11PM and 11PM - 7AM. Weekends Shifts are filled either with dedicated week-ends only personnel, or on an over-time basis.

Promotion and Wage Advancement:
We're proud to say that over 50% of our technicians and managers started their employment with us in the Entry-Level position. In the Entry-Level positions we have a well-developed pay-for-skill program. For other positions, wages and performance are reviewed at least annually.
We have an excellent training program that all new hires are required to attend during their first week of employment. We cover all the topics you will need to know about - Math, measuring, tolerancing, blueprint reading, and basic statistics, as well as our work procedures.
We have no formal dress code. Most people wear jeans and a T-shirt. Safety Glasses are required and are provided to you free of charge.
Open Book Management:
Every month all employees attend a meeting with the owners of the company and view the prior month's fiscal results. This information is what feeds our profit sharing plan.
