  • Radel (PES), Clear Polycarbonate Lens
    • Material: Radel (PES), Clear Polycarbonate Lens
    • Mold Style: All single cavity production molds - 6 total
    • Industry: Safety
    • Unique Features: Although IWP does not assemble the electronics, we do everything else, including: sonic welding, foam gasket, assembly of all mechanical components.
  • Noryl (PPE+PS)
    • Material: Noryl (PPE+PS)
    • Mold Style: 1 cavity production
    • Industry: Industrial
    • Unique Features: After molding, (13) threaded inserts are hot-plate welded into place. Gold-plated and brass stampings are assembled before zinc and gold-plated screws are torqued. A final operation to "set" the stampings into the proper location completes the assembly.
  • Amodel (PPA)
    • Material: Amodel (PPA)
    • Mold Style: 4 cavity production
    • Industry: Automotive
    • Unique Features: After molding, parts are transferred to a "foam-in-place" machine which consists of a six-axis robot that adds a foam bead to the part.
  • Golf Ball
    • Material: Golf Ball
    • Mold Style: Pad Printing
    • Industry: Sales & Marketing
    • Unique Features: No, we don't make golf balls! But, we have the ability to pad print on complex shapes like the dimples on a golf ball.
  • Valox DR48 (PBT)
    • Material: Valox DR48 (PBT)
    • Mold Style: 4 cavity production
    • Industry: Industrial
    • Unique Features: Lettering on part is pad printed. Originally, the parts had raised lettering that was hot stamped using a flat die over the raised letters. In a cost savings option to the customer, we suggested that the lettering be removed from the mold. This allowed the mold to run a large quantity of "blank" disks that could be customized per order at a later time with the correct letting format.
  • Thermx (PCT)
    • Material: Thermx (PCT)
    • Mold Style: 1 cavity w/ interchangeable inserts
    • Industry: Electronics
    • Unique Features: Mold is capable of many variations. Pad print dies are also changed frequently to number circuits accordingly. Brass inserts are sonic welded on outside mounting holes.
