Very Hands-On! Experience with injection molding a plus. Must have a history of dependability, a strong work ethic, self directed and strong mechanical abilities. Main duties will be to set and change over injection molds,secondary equipment and maintain proper documentation. Duties also include assisting production. This is an off shift position 2PM -10 PM or 10 PM - 6AM with training being done on day shift. Starting wage varies based on experience, plus shift premium when applicable. Hands-On!! Team Environment

Minimum of 3 years experience with injection molding/process development. Duties include being able to plan, direct and coordinate the manufacturing process. Must be able to perform tool sets. Basic trouble shooting skills for processing and robotics. Understanding of Cavity Pressure is a plus. Able to interpret and report graphs from the molding machines. Must be able to write work instructions.

Wage level depends on experience. This will be a non-day shift schedule - afternoons or nights.

WE TRAIN YOU!

In conjunction with On-the-job training, you will be given 8 hours of classroom training in blueprint reading, measurement techniques and equipment, safety, and our operating procedures. It takes several months to complete the training. At the end of the training period you receive a raise!
