Entry Level Product Inspector:(Future)
Very Hands-On! No Experience Necessary, we train you! We cover all the topics you will need to know about - Math, measuring, tolerancing, blueprint reading, and basic statistics, as well as our work procedures. Must have a history of dependability, a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn. Product Inspectors ensure that we send only acceptable parts to our customers. They perform two main functions: Inspection of product for visual and dimensional defects and machine operation. See product inspector description for more details. Starting wage is $9.50/hr plus shift premium when applicable. Industrial Maintenance Technician-(future)
Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience working on injection molding machines. A solid work ethic and proven dependability. Basic PLC programming and troubleshooting. Advanced understanding of electronics, hydraulics and mechanics. Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills. Able to lift a minimum of 100 lbs. w/o strain. Good vision and hearing to detect defects. The ability to prioritize work at hand and be a highly motivated/self- starter.
Duties and Responsibilties include but are not limited to the following: Lubricate machinery, change parts, or perform other routine machinery maintenance. Diagnose and repair automated manufacturing equipment ( Whitman robots, PLC's, Sprue Pickers, Hot Runner Controls, Conveyor systems, etc) Fabricate when parts are not available. Perform necessary building maintenance. Maintain maintenance history records. Disassemble,clean and reassemble injection units of injection molding machines.
Starting wage varies based on experience. Quality Assurance Technician (future)
Quality Assurance Technician with 3 years experience in the quality manufacturing field and be ASQC certified. This candidated must have strong communication & computer skills. A solid work ethic and proven dependability. As well as having solid troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills. The ability to prioritize work at hand and be a highly motivated/self- starter.
Duties and Responsibilties include but are not limited to the following: Creation, maintenance, and support of the Document Control System and Quality Procedures. Create and revise work instructions. Maintain gage calibration system. Process documents for approval and ensure compliance to ISO requirements. Support training for end users and preventative/corrective action system. Perform and document internal audits. Interface with customer on any issues or changes. Create and maintain SPC computer files. Provide Cpk reports. Lead supplier corrective actions. Participate in Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement Activities.

Set up Technician (Future)
Very Hands-On! Experience with injection molding a plus. Must have a history of dependability, a strong work ethic, self directed and strong mechanical abilities. Main duties will be to set and change over injection molds,secondary equipment and maintain proper documentation. Duties also include assisting production. This is an off shift position 3PM -11 PM or 11 PM - 7AM with training being done on day shift. Starting wage varies based on experience, plus shift premium when applicable.
