Our Scorecard & Continual Improvement
We use a concise set of performance measures to quantify our pursuit of World Class performance. We strongly believe that having the right people in the right jobs is fundamental to achieving World Class performance. Policy Deployment is used to plan and execute continual improvement. Leadership Teams at each plant meet monthly to review key performance measures and the status of all improvement activities on their policy deployment matrix. Daily improvements are driven by work team meetings, visual management and cross-functional problem solving. Performance Agreements are an extremely important element of our approach to execution and talent development. They are used with all members of the Leadership Teams and many of their staff.
