Product Inspectors, Entry Level

We have openings on our Midnight (11 PM - 7 AM) and Afternoon (3PM - 11PM) Shifts. Our entry level people inspect our products and operate machines.

Our starting wage is $9.00 on midnight shift and $8.75 on afternoon shift. We also offer health insurance, life insurance, 401(k), Cash Profit Sharing, Cafeteria Plan, Wellness Program, optional dental and vision, plus paid vacation and holidays. We offer a steady and consistent work schedule.

WE TRAIN YOU! In conjunction with On-the-job training, you will be given 20+ hours of classroom training covering all the skills you need to inspect product, plus safety and our operating procedures. After the training period, new, specific training goals are given to you explaining what you need to do for your next promotion and wage increase. Manufacturing Manager

This key position is responsible for all aspects of our Production Operations: Personnel, Quality, Technical Issues, and Profitability. We require an individual with a strong background in technical manufacturing and demonstrated ability to develop and implement continuous improvement ideas.

Working within our team-based structure there are two key initiatives:

1. Development of the workforce to achieve the next level of world class performance.

2. Install new processes and procedures to allow the company to expand into new markets with higher quality expectations.

Mold Repair/Machinist or EDM Operator

Your primary responsibility is to troubleshoot issues, disassemble, clean, inspect, repair and reassemble injection molds in a timely manner. We require experience with close tolerance machining: milling, surface grinding, lathe, etc. Wage level depends on experience. Successful candidate must work well independently, but work with others to troubleshoot quality issues. EDM, CAD and/or MasterCAM experience are pluses.

Mold Cleaner

Entry-level opportunity in our tooling operations for an individual to assemble and clean plastic injection molds and perform basic repairs. After training on Day Shift, this will be an off-shift assignment with a flexible schedule for person who is a self starter and can work independently. Qualifications include rudimentary experience with surface grinding and milling operations, plus familiarity with measuring & blue print reading. Expected starting hourly pay: $ 8.00 - 9.00 per hour depending on experience, plus shift premium and full benefit package.

Automation Technican/Engineer

Use the latest in automation for quality control, cycle time enhancement and labor savings. We need an individual with experience in integrating custom automation into manufacturing cells, including robotics, PLC programming, automated inspection systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Hands-on controls and integration experience with custom systems is a key element.

Weekend Shift Product Inspectors, Entry Level (Future)

Similar to our Product Inspector Jobs a special work schedule that allows you to work 3 days a week and earn the equivalent of a full-time position.

This is a rotating 10 hour shift. Weekend Shift offers a 33% premium over your starting base wage $8.00 after training. (10.64 per hour with premium)

Normal full-time benefits apply: Health, Life, Dental, Vision, 401(k) and Profit Sharing, Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation.
