Foam in Place
Foam-in-Place (FIP) is a process of applying a foam bead utilizing a mixing machine that injects nitrogen to a Dynafoam product using a 6-axis robot. This foam bead competes favorably with die-cut gaskets and allows three-dimensional beads at a competitive price with minimal up-front costs. A water-tight seal is created at 30% compression. The one-part foam cures with room temperature and does not require special ventilation.
