Cavity Pressure Monitoring

Consistent molding processes are critical to giving parts to our customers on a 0 PPM basis. Ironwood Plastics began using RJG Cavity Pressure Monitoring in 2005 and now all production molds are outfitted with transducers.

Everyone in the plastics industry is aware that flashing and shorting are the two main causes of reject situations. Using RJG technology, IWP is running Decoupled III processes on many molds with dramatic improvements in quality.
